Jiyo Thekkiniyath Jacob, an Indian expatriate, was the lucky winner of the Muscat Duty-Free’s raffle draw ‘The Big Cash Ticket’. Muscat Duty-Free congratulated the winner on its Instagram post after announcing the winner following the raffle draw that took place on Monday. Muscat Duty-Free had launched the raffle last month where passengers could enter the draw without traveling through Muscat International Airport.
