In a significant development, Ashfaq Syed has been appointed as the new President of the Naperville Public Library Board, taking over the reins on July 19th, 2023. “Naperville Public Library has been named the No. 1 Public Library in the U.S. in the 100,000 – 250,000 population category for the last 10 years and has been a beacon of pride for the entire community,” stated the newly appointed President, highlighting the library’s remarkable achievements.
