Born in New Zealand on May 15, 2001, to Pakistani parents, Zeb holds dual citizenship, making him eligible to represent Pakistan internationally. He was called up to the Pakistan national team for the 2023 Four Nations Cup in Mauritius but missed the tournament due to injury. Despite the setback, Zeb has informed the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) of his availability for future national team selections.
The talented winger has played for several clubs in New Zealand, including Christchurch United, Miramar Rangers, and most recently Birkenhead United, before making the move to Auckland City FC. His transition to the club marks a significant step forward as he prepares to compete on football’s biggest stage.
Zeb was set to join the Pakistan national team during Shehzad Anwar’s tenure, but his arrival was delayed under coach Stephen Constantine. Nevertheless, the young footballer remains committed to bringing Pakistani football onto the global stage, hoping to inspire future generations of players.
