Devika Bulchandani Becomes First Indian-Origin Chief Operating Officer of WPP: WPP, advertising and communications group, has announced new global leadership appointments. These changes show its strong commitment to delivering better client solutions and driving intelligent growth.
For the first time in its history, WPP has appointed an Indian-origin leader to a top global role. Devika Bulchandani is now the Chief Operating Officer of WPP. This historic appointment highlights the growing influence of Indian-origin professionals on the world stage.

Bulchandani is a respected figure in the advertising and marketing world. She has led major campaigns that blend creativity with purpose. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at McCann and Ogilvy. Most recently, she served as Global CEO of Ogilvy. Her vision and leadership have helped brands achieve global impact.
Along with Bulchandani’s appointment, WPP announced other key leadership changes. Laurent Ezekiel has been named Global CEO of Ogilvy Group. He will also serve as Executive Sponsor for WPP Open X, the company’s bespoke model for integrated client solutions.

In addition, Floriane Tripolino has been appointed CEO of WPP Open X. She will lead the agency’s work with The Coca-Cola Company, one of WPP’s largest global clients.
