The Kathak dancers from ‘Mughal-E-Azam: The Musical’ mesmerized the audience as they gracefully performed to the enchanting composition of Naushad’s ‘Pyaar kiya toh darna kya’ against the stunning backdrop of Niagara Falls. This breathtaking performance marked the commencement of their Canada tour, where the stage musical will captivate audiences in Toronto and Vancouver.
Prior to their awe-inspiring display at Niagara Falls, the dancers had already enthralled spectators in New York’s Times Square on May 24. Director Feroz Abbas Khan expressed his exhilaration, stating, “It is truly remarkable that, even after more than 60 years since its release, the music from K. Asif’s ‘Mughal-E-Azam’ continues to evoke emotions and resonate with people, transcending language barriers.”
