The BBC’s Apprentice first episode of the new series introduced a Hijabi Receptionist, after the airing of the episode the video of the ‘hijabi receptionist’ has gone viral on TikTok.
The new right-hand woman for Lord Alan Sugar is Khadeejah Khan, from Kenya with roots from Pakistan. She shared her new role on the social media app, posting a video of her answering the phone at the iconic desk.
Khadeejah wrote: “pov: you’re the hijabi receptionist on The Apprentice.” She captioned the post: “Lord Sugar is ready for you #theapprentice #theapprenticeuk #lordsugar #receptionist #hijabi #fyp #bbciplayer.
The post has been viewed more than a million times and has more than 152,000 likes. In another post sharing her good news, Khadeejah added: “It’s just meeee, the #hijabi #receptionist on #theapprentice #theapprenticeUK #bbc #bbciplayer #CapCut.”
