AJPAK holds exciting badminton tournament. Alappuzha District Pravasi Association Kuwait (AJPAK) conducted ‘AJPAK Travancore Ambili Dili Memorial Everrolling Trophy’ badminton tournament. Thousands of people witnessed the exciting matches that were held at the Ahmadi iSmash badminton court.
In a meeting chaired by President Kurian Thomas Pinummoottil, the Ambili Dili Memorial Everrolling Trophy was presented to the winners by Dr Ameer Ahmed, former president of the Indian Doctors Forum. In the exciting competition, the Anif-Dheeraj team won the professional category, Harshant-Suryakanth won the second place.
The Zubair-Jibin team won the first place in the intermediate category and the Shiva-Ravi team won the second place. The Chintu-Sobin team won the first place in the lower intermediate category and the Jelaks-Jijoy team won the second place. The Shibu Malayil-Sanju team won the first place in the 85+ category and the Salim-Naushad team won the second place. The Jash-Jobish team won the first place and the Varun-Mathew team won the second place in the inter Alappuzha category. The Olivia-Margaret team won the first place and the Blessy-Pia team won the second place in the women’s category.
