Delna’s journey to the competition is both inspiring and unique. With over a decade of culinary experience. She founded Choc Oh! Toronto in 2020, showcasing her expertise in creating artisanal chocolates and cakes. Now, she’s taking her skills to a new level, impressing judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Nancy Fuller under the charismatic hosting of Jesse Palmer.

Reflecting on the experience, Delna shared, “I’ve grown up watching food shows on TV, and now being part of one feels surreal. It was exhilarating to make on-the-spot decisions, navigate an unfamiliar kitchen, and complete a full confection in just two hours—all under the constant watch of cameras. It was a rollercoaster ride!”

The show, which premiered on November 4, 2024, airs every Monday at 8 p.m. on the Food Network. Delna’s Indian heritage adds a special flair to her creations, blending global flavors with her unique chocolate artistry.

For Delna, baking is more than a profession—it’s deeply personal. Growing up in India, she baked alongside her mother, and after her mother’s passing, she carried on the tradition. “Every time I bake, I feel like [my mom is] right there with me,” Delna shared, her voice filled with emotion.

Dubbed the “chocolate queen” by friends and fans, Delna confidently declares, “Anything and everything you can think of, I can make in chocolate.” From Pune to Toronto and now to the Food Network stage, Delna’s journey is a testament to passion, resilience, and the sweet rewards of following your dreams.
