Qatar: M.E.S STUDENT WINS LAURELS IN BADMINTON

Carrol Bethany Selvaraj, a Class IV agile of M.E.S Indian School, secured a bag of trophies and titles in the recent 2RSA GCC Open Badminton Tournament held in Bahrain. Carrol won the Under 9 and Under 11 doubles categories titles and finished as runner-up in the Under 9 and Under 11 Singles thus amassing bounty of prizes in all the categories she participated in.

A Qatar-born child, Carrol has been practicing badminton since she was four. She participated in many badminton tournaments nationally and internationally and won medals and trophies to her credit. With this win, Carrol has advanced to participate in Kerala State Sub Junior Meet-2023. Dr. Hameeda Kadar, the school Principal felicitated Carrol for her commendable achievements.
