Disney On Ice Brings ‘Into The Magic’ to Bahrain Summer Festival 2025: Bahrain’s summer is set to sparkle as Disney On Ice presents ‘Into The Magic’ from August 12 to August 17 at Exhibition World Bahrain, Sakhir. Organised by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) in collaboration with Beyon Al Dana Amphitheatre, the show is a highlight of the Bahrain Summer Festival 2025.
The nine-part production, created by Feld Entertainment, blends world-class ice-skating with the charm of Disney’s most beloved characters. Audiences can expect to see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, along with stars from Frozen, Moana, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Coco, and more.
BTEA officials emphasised the festival’s diverse programming. “We’ve worked on a full-on programme for the summer festival, which includes multiple events. We started with the Bahrain Summer Toy Festival, which saw record-breaking attendance in its second edition, and we are continuing with Disney On Ice,” said Al Majid, noting strong private sector collaboration.
Before the official opening, a teaser show offered attendees a glimpse into the dazzling performances ahead. The event follows the Bahrain Summer Toy Festival, which wrapped up on August 5 and featured games, interactive activities, and appearances from global brands like Barbie, Blippi, Hot Wheels, Marvel, and Bluey.
Feld Entertainment performer Katy Cunningham expressed her excitement about performing in Bahrain for the first time. “You’ll get to see so many different characters here – from favourites like Frozen and Moana to classics like Cinderella and Tangled. It’s so great bringing Disney magic to people’s home city,” she said.
She also praised Bahrain’s beauty, adding, “This is my first time here, and I would love to come back.”
