Originating from Tampa, Florida, the 6-foot-1-inch tall, 170-pound prodigy spent the last four seasons showcasing his skills at Strawberry Crest High School in Dover, FL. During the 2023 season, Nimmala impressed with an impressive 1.477 OPS across 25 games, boasting 35 hits and 29 RBI. As a right-handed shortstop, he showcased his prowess with a batting average of .382, including 22 doubles, three triples, and nine home runs over his illustrious 77-game high school career.
