The Times of Bahrain hosted the TOB Icon Awards 2024, celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions across diverse fields such as business, social work, sports, and more. The grand ceremony was held on July 4th at The Art Hotel & Resort on Amwaj Island, Bahrain.

H.E. Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa – TOB Women Empowerment Award

H.E. Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (IPA), received the TOB-Women Empowerment Award for her contributions to the education sector of the Kingdom and her long-standing services for the upliftment of the country through various fields.

Lulwa Ali Al-Rumaihi – TOB – Outstanding Parliamentarian Award 2024

Lulwa Ali Al-Rumaihi, Member of the Council of Representatives, Kingdom of Bahrain, received the TOB-Outstanding Parliamentarian Award for her unwavering commitment to the welfare of the expatriate community and her significant role in advancing the country’s economy. This award serves as a testament to her dedication and passion for serving the people of Bahrain, and for her outstanding service and leadership. Her selection for this accolade, was endorsed by the Speaker of the Bahraini Parliament, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam.
