Rohan Narang Fashions Brings Nature-Inspired Elegance to Earth Day Runway in Times Square: ohan Narang Fashions unveiled its Spring Summer collection as part of Earth Day 2026 celebrations, offering a runway presentation that blended delicate aesthetics with a message of sustainability.

The showcase formed part of the long-running Earth Day program produced by Rev. Paul Sladkus, founder of the Good News Corporation. Presented in collaboration with EarthDay.org, Ommm Presents, and the Office of the New York City Comptroller, the event brought together voices from sustainability, fashion, cinema, and mental health.

This year’s Earth Day gathering featured more than 50 performers and speakers, along with virtual appearances by global figures such as Stevie Wonder, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Shakira. The 2026 edition was also presented in tribute to the Jane Goodall Foundation, reinforcing the importance of environmental stewardship.

Against this expansive backdrop, Narang’s runway offered a quieter, more reflective interpretation of Earth Day. The collection featured a partially sustainable capsule, incorporating mindful material choices and responsible design practices. Flowing textures and refined tailoring delivered a balance between romantic expression and wearable sophistication.

“Earth Day does not have to be expressed through heaviness,” said Rohan Narang, founder and designer of the label. “This collection speaks the softer language of nature—the bloom, the feather, the leaf—showing that beauty can remain gentle while carrying responsibility.”

The show was produced by Neha Lohia, with associate producers Iveth Carolina and Gail Reynolds. Models including Elena Sapov, Ishika Muchhal, Lilly Stix, Artie, and Christine Mendes brought the designs to life on the runway.

The broader program also featured thought leaders such as Yale University’s Dr. Christopher Pittenger, psychiatrist Dr. Anna Yusim, and resilience expert Dr. Eva Selhub, highlighting the intersection of environmental sustainability with mental and cultural well-being.

With its Earth Day presentation, Rohan Narang Fashions underscored a growing movement within the industry—one that values conscious creation as much as creative expression. In the heart of New York City, the collection delivered a subtle yet powerful message: sustainability in fashion can be both intentional and beautifully understated.
