According to Swiggy, biryani enthusiasts from all corners of the country have been indulging their taste buds, with a staggering average of 219 orders per minute for their favorite biryani variants. Swiggy’s in-depth analysis of biryani ordering trends for the first half of 2023 has revealed some interesting insights. Over the past five and a half months alone, there has been an impressive 8.26 percent growth in biryani orders compared to the same period in 2022.
